It would start with each members' credentials for that job - such as intelligence, experience, credibility, drive, actually dedication to our country and our Constitution, as well as good ole common sense. With Keith Olbermann in there somewhere. LOL

It's not going to happen, but it gives me a lot to enjoy thinking about.
