US not to blame for North Korea nuclear test, says Bolton

The United States has defended branding North Korea part
of the "axis of evil" and said it now fears that it could
supply nuclear weapons to terrorists.

The US ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, said
the isolated east Asian state posed "a very serious threat
to international peace and security", and defended American
attempts to strengthen sanctions against North Korea in the
wake of its nuclear test.

Speaking on BBC Radio 4's Today programme, he said: "North
Korea has supplied weapons to states in the Middle East
that are supporters of terrorism. Our fear is North Korea
itself could supply a nuclear device to a terrorist group."

Asked what he would say to those who believed that North
Korea was driven to carry out a nuclear test by being
described as part of the "axis of evil", Mr Bolton said:
"Get a life."

While this is a disaster for U.S. foreign policy and our national security,
this may may be a net positive for the neocon warmongers.

Small wonder we are a joke. We choose to be regarded as such.

The US Government has announced that it will release $95m to North Korea as part of an agreement to replace the Stalinist country's own nuclear programme, which the US suspected was being misused.

Under the 1994 Agreed Framework an international consortium is building two proliferation-proof nuclear reactors and providing fuel oil for North Korea while the reactors are being built.

In releasing the funding, President George W Bush waived the Framework's requirement that North Korea allow inspectors to ensure it has not hidden away any weapons-grade plutonium from the original reactors.

4. Since he's part of the cabal which lies constantly,
that means the U.S. IS responsible.

And here's why:

Did the U.S. Provoke North Korea?

7. no surprise here regarding the US is not to blame for NK
Edited on Tue Oct-10-06 07:26 AM by alyce douglas
they (this corrupt US regime) do not want to accept blame for anything destructive they have said or done, like a bunch of children "I didn't do anything wrong". They all need to be taught a lesson for their devious ways.

Bolton replies "Get a life", yes, this government has gotten alot of lives dead with their careless ideologies.

What a ignorant and arrogant man.
