Has anyone asked, what are the limits of Bush's supposed legal authority? |

the country, just so long as he looks like he is fighting terrorists. Where is Osama anyway?

9. Well, I just saw Osama on TV last week, he's looking well & rested |
|
So, I would like to know just how the fuck Bush is fighting terrorists, when the dude who actually attacked us 3 yrs ago looks like he is vacationing in the South of France.
Fighting Terrorists? Only if you count his fellow Americans as "terrorists", which Bush does.
WE DEMOCRATS are more of an "enemy" to him than fucking Osama bin Laden.

randi rhodes was playing the soundbite where he said bush broke the law & that it was punishable by up to five years in prison. then she went on to say that he is not a democrat. he is not a republican. apparently he is a libertarian with a penchant for constitutional law.

8. Mike Malloy featured him too. |

Turley also took apart the myth that the Iraq War Resolution gave Shrub the power to ignore FISA.
There literally are no two ways about it. The law was broken. Many, many times.

5. There are no limits, apparently. |
|
Even when people say there are - the WH counters with "we're at war", "he's the commander in cheif", "congress gave him the authority", "he's protecting the American people", blah blah blah!
I am so SICK of it all.
