2) DAMN STRAIGHT!!! Take that you fucking hypocritical, corporate owned bastards...the PEOPLE have the power and we showed it with MASSIVE turn-out, incredible GOTV, and people in the streets begging to vote you imbeciles out of office - no fraud or suppression can overcome this TIDE!!!

1. My prediction is a mix of the two

Democrats will make significant gains in both houses of Congress, perhaps taking the House but not likely the Senate (50/50 is not a majority when the Vice Predident belongs to the other party). Democrats will see a net gain in state Governors, and within state legislatures except where they are already firmly in power like California.

There will be a great gnashing of teeth with accusations of stolen elections going both ways. The usual demagogues will trout out their gee whiz charts "proving" that elections were rigged, but will be once again unable to produce actual, concrete, actionable proof of tampering.

Each side will blame the other for the sorry state of affairs we find ourselves in. Each side will claim credit for the great shape the country is in.

We are in for two years of lame duck George W. Bush no matter what happens in Congress.
