The one with the lawyer. Just testified.

He cooperated. I don't know the extent of their (FBI's) interest.

1. Jordan Edmund

He went in voluntarily, according to his lawyer. They have not asked for him to return.

4. Is his lawyer saying that nothing happened here?
He is not commenting on the emails to his client but is casting doubt on the authenticity of the IM's that have been on the net and reported on in the media.

What's up with that?

I didn't hear that. I admit I didn't listen intently to the lawyer. To me, it sounded like he was saying his client cooperated fully and that he would not reveal the content or purpose of the testimony.

7. The emails that were made public don't involve his client. This kid was
the one whose IM's were made public. Or should I now say his "alleged" IM's? Didn't catch the CNN thing.

10. Tivo'd back - here's what he said
Rita asked him to discuss the details in generalities of what he had discussed before in the press. The lawyer said:

"I'm sorry, I can't elaborate on what I've said and I can't go into anymore detail at this time."

Rita says:

"Can you just sort of tell me, just in overall terms, because I have heard you say, you know, that at least there were some questionable emails and to what extent that was, just ...."

Lawyer says:

"I don't know whether there are any IM's or emails ... I've spent 40 years looking at bogus recordings, bogus photographs, bogus letters, certainly I'm not going to be able to tell you whether some reported IM on the internet, released by some person that I don't know, invalid or not valid, I don't know whether he is or not. When I see something that purports to be the original, then I'll have my client at the proper place and at the proper time see if he can authenticate it. I'm not willing to authenticate either Brian Ross or the man in the moon or a blogger in midwest city or anyone else. In the official inquiry, we'll answer."

Lawyers name is Stephen Jones.

11. Wasn't that a few days ago?
Last week even? The man had just gotten the client. I think he was just covering his butt because he hadn't had time to fully review the case.

The lawyer with the page and the statement. The page did not speak and the lawyer never referred to the IMs or emails, much less describe them as "alleged".

12. see post #10
I transcribed what I heard from my tivo. He is not authenticating anything which casts the "alleged" word by inference. He wants to see the originals not what is reported in the news by Ross or anyone else.

Is Jordan the page that has admitted to having sex with Foley?
