Man of the Year = subtle hint to Jon Stewart?
Every time I see the previews for this movie, I seriously cant help but think "What if Jon Stewart took this movie's advice and ran for president"? Really, it does not seem that far-fetched at this point, and I'm sure Jon Stewart could do a better job of running this country than the idiot we have now.

3. I'd prefer someone with a proven ability to get legislation passed. . .
a statesman conversant in the give and take of politics, someone for whom the first half of his term wouldn't be all on-the-job training. We have serious problems in this country and we need someone who can resolve them. Jon Stewart's a remarkably intelligent, very astute entertainer. But we need more than that to effectively govern this nation. . .

6. Oh, hey, I have a rock in the backyard that could do better. . .
than what we presently have. Unfortunately, this rock already has a job (gives my turtle a place to sun in the pond), otherwise I'd be happy to offer it for 2008. However, if an impeachment/mass resignation can be arranged, I'll prevail on the rock to at least take Cheney's place for the remainder of his term.

9. Please keep the rock handy just in case
and I will look for a brick to join up with him/her/it as another member of this administration.

10. Yes Stewart running and peeling votes away from the Democrats--perfect
I'm sure it'll be a cute movie. Just like it was a cute movie when Chris Rock made it last year. But let's be serious about actual elections, shall we?
