WHOO HOO! Insannity to host "Free Speech" on the Katie Couric Show! |
|
Edited on Tue Oct-10-06 05:32 PM by Fighting Irish
ABC Radio Networks' syndicated talker Sean Hannity has been slated to appear within the next week as a contributor to the "Free Speech" segment of the "CBS Evening News With Katie Couric."
The nightly segment, which allows Americans from all walks of life to give their opinions about the day's news events and issues facing the country, has previously featured a number of notable figures as guest commentators, including former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and Premiere Radio Networks talk show host Rush Limbaugh.http://www.radioandrecords.com/radiomonitor/news/business/top_news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003190007Gee, so how many liberals have been on that show anyway? :sarcasm:

Couric, the lightweight psuedo-journalist, is just giving a bigger platform to demagogues.
Not a public service.
It is, instead, basically unAmerican and dishonorable.
CBS has lost me. Never again. Don't need not steenkin pizie propagandist "reading" the BushCo party line to me...

2. I guess CBS / Couric has just given up on "shooting for the middle"... |
|
I suppose they figure they may as well get a sub-group of dedicated freepers to watch, rather than NO ONE AT ALL...

next night to offset Heuvel's anti-war talk. And it looked like she went on too long and the show cut her her off before she was finished. When Rush was on there was no immediate response the next night to counter his stupid comments.

He said he had some sort of problem with their not allowing him to talk about what he wanted to talk about. Something about IRONY!
Seriously, free speech isn't free on CBS. It's more, let's see how can I say this, CONTRIVED.
How are Katie's ratings doing. Last I heard ABC was bringing up the rear again.
