The Republicans Have Single Handedly Caused Nuclear Proliferation
We are indeed in danger my fellow Americans, and it is completely the fault of the republican party and their group of neocons in the administrative branch.

North Korea with nuclear technology is not a good thing. Before Bush came to power, the U.S. was engaged with North Korea, working with them to give them the tools they needed for nuclear power while keeping inpsectors in to ensure they were not used for nuclear weaponry. Successful diplomacy is indeed a tool to avoid danger and enable treaties, like the Geneva Convention and the Nuclear Anti-proliferation Treaty, to actually work. And the Clinton administration used diplomacy successfully. We were well on the way to stabilizing relations with North Korea. And we were on our way to capturing and/or killing Osama Bin Laden. But when the Bush administration moved into office, the ignored diplomacy, they ignored treaties and they ignored the many, many warnings about Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden.

Their delusion was to invade the middle east, conquering seven countries in five years. And why? To make these countries loyal territories of America so that we could control the world's supply of oil. This information was recently revealed in a speech given by Wesley Clark (plan is revealed 7 minutes into the speech).

And why would they need diplomacy if you controlled the world's primary energy supply? Why would you care if you and hundreds, if not thousands, of your cronies, were going to become billionaires from the rapid rise in oil and the war profiteering that would result from so much military action? And they didn't care. They didn't care about the HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of casualties, the THOUSANDS of dead soldiers, the TENS OF THOUSANDS of DISABLED VETERANS and the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS that this ridiculous plan was going to cost. They didn't care that "Osama Bin Laden was determined to strike in the U.S." They didn't care about the people in the planes or the towers as they fell. They didn't care that Al Qaeda is a real threat. They didn't care as they outed covert operations in the CIA to get back politically at the husband of an agent. They didn't care that the outed agent, Valerie Plame, was running one of the largest anti-proliferation operations in our national defense. They didn't care about anything but themselves.

And now, here we are, with yet another unstable country with the power of the ultimate WMD. This unstable country, one the republicans have labeled as an enemy in the Axis of Evil, is right between our largest trading partner and the third largest deployment of U.S. troops in the world. They have the nuke. And they will use it if we attack them. They will use it if we impose sanctions on them. Thank goodness Russia and China have the common sense not to want to punish Korea with Sanctions. You see, we really have no ground to stand on.

And instead of engaging North Korea directly, as they want, in one-on-one talks, our cowardly, inept, incompetent administration wants China and other Asian countries to engage in 6-party talks. They use the lame excuse of not wanting to 'legitimize' North Korea. Well guess what. They are legitimized when the republicans labeled them an enemy. Their inhumane techniques are legitimized when we endorse torture. Their military aggressiveness is legitimized when we invade countries unprovoked. The republicans have legitimized North Korea through their own actions. And now they must deal with the reality that another country that hates the U.S. now has the power to hurt us.

This is the beginning my fellow countrymen. Bush and his crony republicans in Congress have caused nuclear proliferation. They have enabled it. More and more countries will obtain this unthinkable power. And one day, most certainly, a mushroom cloud will rise up out of one our great cities because of their failed policies, lack of diplomacy and utterly evil greed.

1. With our current "mad man" running the country, other world
leaders need to protect themselves. He invaded Iraq for no reason, what is to stop him from trying it elsewhere?

Who can blame these other countries for wanting to protect themselves?

Also, who made the United States the "nukular police"?
