urns out former Rep. Mark Foley was email pals with President Bush’s brother, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Documents released by the governor’s office showed the two men exchanged some 100 messages since 1999, including one from Foley on Sept. 29, 2004, fretting that he was being snubbed by the president. “Have I done something to offend the White House … I am always getting the shaft … they came to ft pierce a few weeks ago and said I was not allowed to attend … yet joe negron is there …
