Anxiety and sleeping problems and the oncoming election
I'm I the only one having elevated problems with the approach of Nov 7? It seems to get worse every day. The next few weeks are going to be tough to get through. We're going to really have to help each other out.

1. What's this about Nov 7? they won't finish counting votes til weeks later
in the 50th congressional district in San Diego, CA they started counting June 6 and certified June 29 & 30, probably finished around June 26 or so...

2. You are so not alone!
I am really struggling and am almost not fit to live with. My 15 year old son is screwing up at school and my husband is going to be tiling my bathroom and has never tiled before. I feel sorry for both of them. I really do.

7. Volunteering helps
but you get burned out with that too. Try writing letters to the Editor endorsing Democratic candidates late at night when you can't sleep.

8. while anticipating any new stress or anxiety in our lives it is
of most high importance to eat very healthy foods. Stop all processed sugars, caffeine, etc...
Eat lots of raw food!
This will help your body handle anxiety. If done on a long term plan, will eliminate anxiety all together.

10. NOBODY should ever have to lose sleep over elections ...
(except maybe the candidates)

This is the price we pay for living in such a tenuous, corrupt "democracy."

Let's just get through this critical election period somehow --and then go right back to work to change the multiple underlying causes of our pervasive distress.

Whatever happens, we know what to do. Everyone needs to decide where they will put their energy immediately after this election.

If there is no Dem majority, then we know the election was rigged and we will work on calling for recounts, legal actions, swamp our reps--whatever it takes to stop the wheels of that runaway train. If there is a Dem takeover of Congress, then we must still NOT assume that the election system's massive problems have been cured.

WHATEVER HAPPENS in the elections--Get ready to change things so that this kind of theft of the American government and assault on the constitution can NEVER happen again.
