"false reports to Congress"
In the thread in LBN (Insight Mag--impeachment), I noticed a reference to the fact that the president has made false reports to Congress.

Does anyone know what, specifically, those are?

Here's part of the article for context and a link to the source:

Administration sources said the charges are expected to include false reports to Congress as well as Mr. Bush's authorization of the National Security Agency to engage in electronic surveillance inside the United States without a court warrant.

2. Right--I thought of all of those things and hoped
they would be addressed, but then I could be involved in wishful thinking...

4. Right
And imho, the POTUS saying he acted on faulty intelligence he received is tantamount to saying your dog ate your homework.

If we can't trust him to know what is and what is not good intelligence, he is a danger to our country!
