KO said he bought his copy of 'Tempting Faith" at the bookstore!
Last night, Keith said that though the scheduled release date is Oct 16., he just asked a clerk for the book and they had it!

He didn't say which bookstore...

1. Amazon has it for preorder at $15, much as it hurts to not use my
local independent bookstore.

If people have a B & N in their area, go there...or here to order/buy the book:

www.BarnesandNoble.com

on edit: If you are a Barnes and Noble book club member the book costs $15.75. :hi:

You can look up many companies on Buy Blue. It's a great site.:hi:

4. People, check out your public library
Unless you have to own it.
My Library (Orlando) already has it cataloged for Monday shelving, and has free home delivery.

6. Good thing he didn't say which bookstore...
They can get into all kinds of trouble with the distributor and the publisher for selling a book prior to its release date.

7. It's not uncommon.
Most bookstores have orders of new releases several days (or more) before their release date. For example, Woodward's new book was in stores, allowing it to be sold on the Saturday before it's originally scheduled Monday release date.

Often, these stores will sell one early to "known" customers.
