This is great!
An honest man was being tailgated by a stressed out
woman on a busy boulevard. Suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in
front of him. He did the right thing, stopping at the crosswalk,
even though he could have beaten the red light by accelerating through the
intersection.

The tailgating woman hit the roof, and the horn,
screaming in frustration as she missed her chance to get through the
intersection. As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and
looked up into the face of a very serious police officer. The officer
ordered her to exit her car with her hands up. He took her to the police
station where she was searched, finger printed, photographed, and placed
in a holding cell.

After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the
cell and opened the door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where
the arresting officer was waiting with her personal effects.

He said, "I'm very sorry for this mistake. You see, I
pulled up behind your car while you were blowing your horn, flipping
off the guy in front of you, and cursing a blue streak at him.

I noticed the "Choose Life" license plate holder, the
"What Would Jesus Do?" bumper sticker, the "Follow Me to Sunday-School" bumper
sticker, the Ten Commandments posted conspicuously in the rear window, and the
chrome-plated Christian fish emblem on the trunk.
Naturally, I assumed you had stolen the car."

Priceless

10. Me too. Last night I was driving home slowly because I had a killer
headache. An SUV tailgated me and then rudely swerved around me. The woman in the SUV was proclaiming her "christianity" on her bumper. :eyes:

8. Reality
Why would a real christian need to advertise? Jesus wouldn't have to toot his own horn. It reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw recently - DON'T TELL ME YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN, LET ME FIGURE IT OUT FOR MYSELF.

Today's "christians" are the ignorant passers of hate who have no concept of constitutional liberty. They, along with the klan and other members of bush's base are the number one domestic enemy of our constitution.

Yo dobson - focus on your own damn family.

11. Something like this happened to me (reverse order)
I was with my wonderful, very Southern Baptist Aunt while driving in Southeast Texas (Beaumont). We pulled up and stopped in line waiting for a train to pass.

Car in front had a "Honk if You Love Jesus" bumpersticker.

Aunt Millie honks.

Lady gets out of car and walks back to ours.

Aunt Millie rolls down the window.

Lady says, "Are you just stupid or do you not see the fucking train?".

15. Same Aunt, same town....
This was in the late 50s.
We were walking thru a parking lot and came upon this parked car with a kid inside.
This kid was playing race car driver. Very vigorously.
Aunt Millie asks this kid if he should be giving hand signals for turns (this was the law in Texas back then).
Kid looks at her like she's crazy and says, "Look, lady, you stick your arm outside a spaceship and you will lose your goddamned arm".

19. My Christian Driver Experience
About a year ago I started to notice people driving like assholes behind me. Riding my bumper, looking all pissed, eventually swerving aound me and cutting me off. And it's not like I drive slowly, I tend to think of speed limits as the suggested average.

But after this had been going on for some time, I started to notice patterns. It only happened when I was in one of our two cars. And more often than not, the asshole car had a Jesus fish or some kind of religious sticker.

And that's when it all made sense. They were upset by my Darwin fish.

22. LOL! Awesome... that reminds me of my dad...
We'd be leaving church on Sundays and the traffic was always terrible.

One Sunday, we got in the car and the guy next to us literally peeled tire trying to beat other people out of the parking lot! My dad busts out laughing, rolls down his window and yells, "Christians! Start your engines!!" as he gunned the engine. I have no idea if it was an original line, but it became a family joke, where each Sunday he'd be sitting there going nowhere, revving the engine, while people would be honking their horns and jockeying for position. Our family would sit there and it became a Sunday ritual where we'd all talk to each other, about church, school, whatever...

But I never understood how people could be so upset with each other when they'd just shaken each others hands in the church minutes before and said "Peace be with you..."!! :) lol People are bizarre... it's like when they get in their cars they enter a different world sometimes!
