In his column in the Hill yesterday, Morris wrote (referring to NOrth Korea's saber rattling) that "There is nothing like a national security crisis to force Americans to realize the conswquences of paralyzing a presidency by sending to Washington a Congress with which he cannot work. We fell into that trap in the final years of the Clinton presidency and we would do so now at our peril".

Morris was even more direct appearing last night on O'lielly, suggesting that it the reason that Clinton failed to take out Osama Bin Laden was that he was distracted by the impeachment and that it would be dangerous for the country to elect a Democratic congress that would be conducting investigations of Chimpy and issuing subpoenas, etc. while North Korea is posing a threat.

Unreal. Maybe Morris thinks the elections should just be called off. But more to the point, its pretty clear this asshole thinks that Clinton being "distracted" by the impeachment was Clinton's fault, but if Democrats are elected and carry out their oversight duties, and it "distracts" Chimpy, well...that would be the Democrats fault.

Like I said. Unreal.
