Are you guys intentionally working for the republicans?
Oh, I don't mean everybody, I mean the people who keep saying that we have no chance of winning this election or, even more ridiculously, that we should intentionally let the republicans win. What the fuck?! Are you people on the republican payroll, or do you truly believe the bullshit you're spewing?

Look, we are as close to overthrowing these criminal traitors as we have been since September tenth of 2001, even moreso. Who in the fuck gives up in sight of the finish line? I know this is exhausting, and I don't fault anyone for feeling like they can't go any further. But don't support the fucking opposition, not here. Take a break, catch your breath, and get the fuck back on your feet, soldier. We ain't done yet.

18. What are you...in church?
I don't see enough happening to bring down the GOP. I only hope that the people in America have come to there senses to realize * is ripping the country apart. This is the turning point. It has to happen now or else America will contine on this downward slope when * is listening in on every telephone conversation hoping to put you in jail without showing you the evidence.

said this was going to be the end of the conservative movement way back in 2000? Well it's happening. You just have to let them sink under their own shit!

25.  As long as freeper moles are suspected,
that allows you to brand anybody and everybody who disagrees with the majority or has a minority opinion as being a quisling, or even worse, a freeper, a RWer, a Republican scumbag.

I believe that the Democrats are going to win, but there is too much strutting going on now and proclaiming how bad we are and of all the things we are going to do to Bush. Well, it ain't over till it's over. Keep fighting like we are behind. Run up the score and pile it on. Never take a knee and let the final gun go off as we punch another one into the end zone. We need to fight with passion and emotion because that is what will win elections. This is not a debate club with all of its pretty rules where well-reasoned arguments will win the day. The average American voters engage their emotions and hearts before their minds and they vote accordingly. Republicans understand this and Democrats need to also if they want to get elected and govern. In the last 80 years only 2 Democrat presidents have won reelection: FDR and Clinton. In 2008 I would like to see that start to change.

So the election is not won yet. Keep fighting until the fight is over. The Republicans are down, so lets keep them down and kick them when they are down. Let's give the American people every reason to believe in Democrats and make this Congress and President the last Republican ones we see in our lifetimes.

Ceaseless negative thinking causes one to be reclusive and hang out on message boards, which causes ceaseless negative thinking...

The way to break the cycle is get involved, which few DUers seem to do.

26. Oh horsefeathers
I would guess that DU'ers as a group are one of the most politically active groups in the US. We have here candidates, campaign workers, party operatives, volunteers, and activists of all stripes. The notion that this place is an echo chamber for keyboard warriors is just plain false.

27. Not really.
People post threads asking people what they're doing and they sink. I've done it over and over again. Plus the general level of frustration and lack of acceptance of responsibility ("the Democratic Party should...") is powerful circumstantial evidence.

10. It's all about the voting machines.
I have never said we have no chance of winning, or that we should let the Thugs win, but realistically, the voting machines are THE major problem. They have been proven to be hackable, as everyone knows.
If the Dems lose in Nov, I won't be surprised, because I am keeping in mind the voting machines.

23. That's right.
Shoot, the people who are alerting on the voting machines probably all think the Dems won in 2004. They think we are winners, and they think we will win this time but the machines that secretly count the votes could steal enough to look like the pukes into winners, like they did in 2004.

Some people do have a problem with the Dems actually winning, but it's not the people who are aware and concious of the voting machine theft.

In addition, all the threads asking what we will do if the Dems lose in November are getting a little bit tiresome, too. With that, I don't accuse anyone of being a freep, it's just that there are too many of these kind of threads.

19. No, I'm not working for the republicans
Because I'd rather vote for the most hated Democrat than any republican. Those republicans don't know
their asses from a hole in the ground. The last thing they want is to have to do the job they've been
elected to do. To Hell with all of them. They're a bunch of clowns. :+
