I really cannot understand this schitzo attitude from the Bush administration regarding North Korea; on one hand, Bush has been using language that's incredibly distant and, basically, uninterested. This is in sharp contrast to his language over Iraq, which was hyper-paranoid and for him, pretty engaged (I use this term loosely).

So WTF is going on here? :wtf:

2. No, not really. There is no money to be made with such a war.

3. Occam's Magic 8-Ball Says...
"No Oil in North Korea."

(Also, we have insufficient troops to fight a war - but that would not be a consideration for The Smirk and co.)

5. Prepare for the worst case and try to scare
the opposition with exagerated claims. Hey we know how to do that too.

6. Sanctions - Yes
Saber Rattling - Yes. War - Most Likely No. Nothing happens on the Korean Peninsula that the Chinese won't be involved in, and I really doubt that they would be happy with us redecorating the accommodations of that Happy Fun Bunch in NK. The only thing that can happen is Dear Leader decides to head South and then things become very exciting, very quickly. Watch for any movement of aircraft carriers and redeployments of bomber squadrons to places like Guan or Diego Garcia. Check GlobalSecurity.com once in awhile.
