Now think about this. The leader of the most prosperous and powerful family in your neighborhood has a falling out with your family.

He says you're a menace to the community and lumps you in with two other families with whom he's also feuding.

He calls the three of you a "trio of wickedness."

Not long after this public berating, your powerful neighbor forces his way into the home of the weakest member of this group and declares he is going to put new people in charge of the house.

How would you react to this? Would you stand by idly and hope your powerful neighbor doesn't come after your family next?

Or would you try to do something to keep him from running roughshod over you?

1. When will it end?

I don't know what it will take to wake this country up, but Bush has now brought us to the brink of yet another war. That's TWO wars in 6 years and we're fighting them all simultaneously.

I'm at at loss for words.

I hope we win the House AND the Senate this November. Maybe we'll be able to force an end to this madness then. We can only hope.
