i have a difference of opinion about democracy in nature as an argument opposed to the social darwinism of conservatives, neo-conservatives and fascists. I think that such an argument on either side carries no weight. Our society is based upon human rights, therefore survival of the fittest has no application, period. If you believe in survival of the fittest in society, you ultimately are dealing with a continuum of tyranny and belligerence, with no respect for human life. What's the point?
