so it did devastate the crappy power grid. Thankfully there are still some radio stations with backup generators and there are so many rich people who have generators from the hurricanes, when they do hit Hawaii, that they're alright. And since Hawaii is so expensive, there are many many rich people.

I was watching some of the local KITV coverage and they had some guy call in and say he thought the quake was actually a nuke strike by the North Koreans. Hopefully they got this guy back on his meds...but not before he's interviewed by Faux Noise.
