This is a tragedy for all.

We were at a point in our empire where we deny our fallibility, overreach militarily, and plunder our wealth. A wise leader would have seen our peril and would have changed our path. bush is not a wise leader. He followed the script written by past failed empires.

6. and the irony is, the righties hate his guts for some reason
before he started kissing Bush's ass, a lot of people here had a kind of respect for him, but now that he is groveling to Bush, it's becoming obvious that the right wing base doesn't want him (they probably remember that religious nut crack in 2000 race).

7. He's got the same issues that Hillary has
I know it's not fair to compare folks from different parties, but they have similar appeasement issues that they have to somehow deal with or they will have support from neither party.
