will his minions finally understand that he values politics over soldiers' lives? That he could have done this sooner, like now while all the generals are out saying the war is lost, but he chose to wait while another 3-4 soldiers get killed every day until after Nov. 8?
I'm not betting that the remaining 30% are smart enough to get it.
