My Halloween story for our 'pug buddies.

There's a Spanish saying: "Lions think everyone roars, thieves think everyone steals".

What this means is that we project onto others what we are afraid we ourselves might do under the same circumstances. This is why 'pugs are so afraid of a Democratic takeover. If we were as bad as they are, they would be in DEEP, DEEP shit, come next year.

So here is my Halloween story for the alleged human beings on the other side of the isle; this is what we would do, if we were as power lusting, vindictive, and immoral as they are.....

Come November 7,2006, the Democratic party wins 30 seats in the Congress, and 6 seats in the Senate, winning majorities on both the House and the senate. On January 20th, 2007, the new Congress takes over and Nancy Pelosi becomes Speaker of the House (first woman Speaker, if I'm not mistaken).

Congressional committees are formed to investigate possible war crimes committed by the Bush administration. Evidence or war crimes is uncovered, the president and Vice President are impeached by the Congress and convicted by the Senate. Chimpie and the Dick go to jail. Nancy, as Speaker of the House, is next in line of succession so she becomes the first woman President of the United States. She appoints Hillary Clinton as Vice President, HRC is confirmed by Congress and becomes the first woman Vice President of the United States.

Since there are less than two years left in the term, Nancy will be able to run for President two more times, and Hillary twice after that, for a total of 18 years of uninterrupted female democratic rule.

First order of business will be to expand the size of the Supreme Court from nine to thirteen justices. The legislature approves the change. Nancy packs the Supreme court with with ultra liberal, pro-life, pro gay-marriage, anti-gun, anti-business activist judges. The congress confirms the appointments. Now the Democrats control all three branches of government.

Now the fun begins...

Gay marriage becomes mandatory, and heterosexual relations are banned.

The second amendment is repealed.

The border with Mexico is open, and automatic citizenship is granted to anyone who can make it to US soil by hook or by crook.

To stem the tide of immigration, ALL jobs are exported to India, and a work tax is imposed on anyone who still wants to work for a living.

A tax on breathing fresh air is imposed.

4 months vacation per year become mandatory.

Companies are required to provide health insurance to all employees, their families, pets, and people they come in contact with on a regular basis.

Accumulating wealth is criminalized. Ken Lay is exhumed and dragged through the streets of Houston.

Smoking is prohibited within one light year of earth.

Republicans are rounded up and put in concentration camps (no law change is required for this, thanks to Chimpie and the previous Republican congress). Habeas Corpus? Ha! I got your Habeas right here!

President Pelosi surrenders to Kim Jong Il. Why? Well, just for the heck of it. Besides, Saddam was convicted and hung, so we can't really surrender to him, can we?
