DU Const. Scholars: Was Bush three days late when he signed the bill this |
|
OK Forgive me for being too lazy to do this homework myself. I don't usually, but..........
So, I'm listening to Peter Collins for the first time today. (Yeah, He Rocks!)
And a caller points out the "pocket veto" clause when it comes to either signing or vetoing legislation.
So it looks like Bush had 10 days (minus Sundays and holidays) when congress is NOT in session to either sigfhn or veto this piece of shit.
It's been 13 DAYS!!!
Anyone know off the top of their head?

1. Bills can also pass without a president's signature. |

I need to brush up a little, but there are cases where bills become law without a president's signature.
