http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/gate/archive/2006/10/18/notes101806.DTL&nl=fix

" ...... that the disastrous U.S. invasion of Iraq had resulted in the brutal deaths
of more than half a million Iraqi civilians, about 650,000, or 2.5 percent
of the entire Iraq population ..... "

U.S. Population = 300,000,000

3,000,000 x .025 = 7,500,000

Remember that the article in Lancet that gave the figure of 655,000 dead (Margin of error range =
roughly between 390,000 to 900,000 dead) was done by John's Hopkins School of Medicine,
funded by M. I. T., and reviewed by 4 outside experts all of whom urged that it be published.

I know that the right wing, the bush administration, and many in the main stream media have
been trying to discredit and or kill the story because "they" do not find it credible. However the
article is a work of science and to disprove it you have to attack it's work on a scientific basis.
In other words

Bottom line we are responsible for more dead in Iraq than U.S. servicemen who died in W. W. II
(410,000), created a breeding ground for anti western terrorists, and let bin Laden get away.
