Majority Watch has a new poll out that shows Democratic 20th CD candidate Kirsten Gillibrand up 13 points over U.S. Rep. John Sweeney, R-Clifton Park, (54-41). The poll - the veracity of which I cannot vouch - was conducted Oct. 15-16, which means it was before the Marianas flap started.

The poll shows Democrats up in six of seven NY congressional races looked at by Majority Watch, which professes to be bipartisan.
