because of religious convictions.
How is this different from Muslim women who refuse to remove veils or head covers that impair or compromise their ability to perform at work?
The brits seem to be having issues with veils.

1. If they won't do their job or can't perform their job, they shouldn't |
|
have that job.
It's that simple.
Same as the Somalian taxi drivers that don't want to accept fares from people who are carrying liquor bottles from the duty-free stores at the airport.
Get. A. Different. Job.

The business owner should be able to fire either if they can't perform their job satisfactorily.

3. It isn't. If your religious beliefs interfere with your ability to DO YOUR |
|
JOB, you either need to adjust your beliefs or find a different job.

Notice ....until bush stole office you never heard a word about religious beliefs preventing you from filling a perscription. All of a sudden people are pulling this stuff. You are correct if they don't want to do the job they should go somewhere else. When you accept a job you are supposed to fill the requirements.
