I Think Mclellan and the WH Blew It Today.
After seeing the clips on K.O. and reading the WH release on the definition comparisons of domestic v.s. international, my initial reaction was one of being terrified at the lengths they go to in order to deceive the public.

But then the terror went away and I started to think they blew it and blew it big time.

Americans have been quite guillable in recent past years, but even those with the i.q. of freepers should have no trouble seeing this wool over their eyes. Most layman hearing this new WH meme should quickly realize the absurdity that because the call is an 'international' call that the spying is then also international. The definition comparisons in their release make it even more evident. The more you hear domestic, here.. international, there , the more it jumps out at you the logic of: If the person being spied upon is here, it is domestic. If they are over there, it is international. I don't give a fuck how the phone call is billed.

I think they may have blown it. I think they are so on the defensive that they were reckless in their spin and chose something that even freepers should have no problem seeing the absurdity of.

Repeat after me: If the person being spied upon is in America, it is domestic spying. If they are overseas, it is international spying.

1. Bush must've asked a Sprint operator...
about domestic and international calls.

It's enough to make my brain hurt.

2. Is FL. "international?" The Quakers in FL? How do they explain that away?
Their excuses won't hold water. Quakers in Florida. Quakers in Florida. Quakers in Florida. That's all we need to know.

They're liars.

4. Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if you can tell if your calls
are being monitored? Is there a different sound on the receiver? In the past few months, I have been getting a hollow sound every once in a while on my land line telephone. I never make any overseas calls, most are local or in the country, and I've never even met a terrorist in my life, but of course I am now paranoid because of all of the news. But like they say, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean you're not being watched. :)

5. The press should have gotten Scotty to say on the record that there
were NO calls between two callers in America. Cause you know he'd be lying.
