Here's thought, re: Habeas Corpus
When we win back the White House is '08, why couldn't the new president declare George W. Bush and his entire administration as "enemy combatants" for the way in which they raped and rendered useless our constitution? After all, he's accomplished exactly what he said the terrorists want...to destroy us because they hate our freedom. Well, he's squashed those freedoms like no terrorist or foreign entity has ever been able to do in our history. So as far as I'm concerned, he's the #1 enemy combatant in the US, and it's up to the next president to arrest him and torture him!

2. that is a problem, isn't it?
Any law they pass will continue on, IF they get out of power. So one question is why would they do this? Arrogance, stupidity or will they not leave?

5. Not planning on leaving is my bet
Either that or Bush** has written in very tiny letters at the bottom of all those signing statements: "The executive power contained in this law is non-transferable to Democrats"

4. I will bet you that the next President does NOT declassify his
Papers or his Fathers papers that W classified forever. You know they contain the evidence of so much crime. Get W's Texas Governor's Papers from Texas and find out what kind of shenanigans got him into the Texas Air National Guard. Lets find out about all the Crime Geo HW committed, You and I both know he is a treasonous son of a bitch.

The next Democratic President will never do this, I guarantee you!
