For those near New York: conference on Universal Jurisdiction


Dear all,

Those of you who are based in New York City might be interested in
attending the following event:

Conference: Holding Officials Accountable for Violations of Human Rights
and Humanitarian Law: Is Universal Jurisdiction an Effective Tool?

Venue: Columbia University, The Faculty House, President's Room
Date and time: October 25, 2006 - 8.30 am to 7.00 pm
