2. Flu shots will be in short supply
until we get rid of REPUBLICANS in government in both parties, get national health, and start focusing on PUBLIC HEALTH instead of PROFIT.

Flu vaccine is made by only 4 companies, worldwide, thanks to pharmaceutical mergers and megamergers. THIS SHOULD BE A GOVERNMENT FUNCTION!

When are these DILDOHEADS going to realize that PUBLIC SAFETY is more than protecting us from bad guys with guns and dynamite belts and realize we're in much more danger from PREVENTABLE DISEASE???

4. I work at a medical clinic and so far we have no word of a flu shot
shortage. We give a free shot to all the employees that come in contact with patients and we are shopping around for the best price. We are in CA.

7. I've never had a flu shot, and I can count on one hand the
times I've had the flu as an adult.

My kids have never had a flu shot. They've had the flu maybe once, and they're now 9 & 13.

Best way to stay healthy: wash your hands as often as possible.

11. I have never had a flu shot, either. Or the flu, for that matter.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why perfectly healthy peope feel the need to be injected in order to protect themselves.

Washing one's hands is the ticket.

8. No shortage here in Virginia Beach, VA
Just waltzed into my Doctor's office yesterday, signed up at the Flu clinic, and got my shot after a ten minute wait just before they closed for the day. I asked the tech administering the shot if there was a shortage this year or if supplies were slow in getting to physicians, and she said no shortage or slowdown was happening. She was miffed that the general public is getting eroneous information about Flu shots this year. Best thing is to call your doctor or go to the American Lung Association, where they have a link to findaflushot.com/lungusa. This lists all of the flu shot clinics in your state.

10. No short supply around here
They were at our company yesterday giving them out, and had to go from building to building to find people who wanted shots. I guess the turnout wasn't as great as they'd hoped. Don't know -- I can't take the things, being allergic to eggs and chicken feathers.
