It didn't seem to be an issue with Foley that he was abused until he got caught for abusing others. If Foley is so concerned that others will not be victimized by his abuser, why did he wait to come forward until he was caught?

FU Mark Foley. You are just an abuser who got caught. Just like every other abuser, you want to blame someone else for what you are responsible for.
