Operation Return to Sender

Anyone propose how we can look for and find out the names of legal residents being picked up without charges and sent to various prisons? They don't need to be forgotten just because we were able to get one person free on bond. Could a private investigator find out any information?

...no court appearances, no Habeas Corpus of any kind. People will just begin to disappear!

cover a wide enough area, someone will know someone picked up where there might not be a corresponding arrest record of the incident.

you are. If a lot of people go missing... people are going to notice.
