1. Counts Lieberman as a D.
Hope so, because he is going to win. With a disgusted electorate, some of these "weak Republican" seats could be flipped by low R turnout.

2. I'm not ready to write off Lamont, in the debates this week the GOP
candidate has been coming on strong--and that is Lieberman's base. Schlesinger says he has done well enough that he has been getting enough campaign donations to do some TV ads--and if he can get his vote from 5% up to 15-20 percent--that could doom Lieberman.

p.s.
a poll coming out tomorrow on CT was conducted before these debates, so hopefully they will conduct new ones in the near future.

for Lamont and we should be able to retire old Joe.

5. What matters is the organizational vote.
Even if someone is a DINO, voting for D organization gives chairmanships and subpeona power to people like Feingold, Kennedy and Boxer.
