18. She gets one of those a day. They seem to belong to a club

that hands out flyers on what to say when you call in. When confronted with their lack of information, all they can do then is yell and not listen to what she is saying by talking over her. I keep wondering if there is a school that teaches them how to be an uninformed and idiotic freeper.
