OMG- I just saw the trailer for the movie -- Bobby
opening November 17. It's about the last day of Robert Kennedy's life as seen by people working at the hotel where he was shot. He is seen only from behind or in contemporary clips. The cast is fantastic. Just seeing the trailer made it impossible to talk. Us old folks will go to see it to remember and weep. You young'ns ought to go to see what you missed.

Had tears in my eyes, I know....

Adolescence for me: MLK, RFK, Kent State, Vietnam.... So much violence, so much sadness, so much lost...

2. I remember waking up that morning
and hearing the news from the radio in the kitchen. Life suddenly sucked.

4. I have seen all of the black and white documentries and I
have to say that the world would be a different place if he would have lived...

MLK died at 37 years of age...had he lived another 20 years...the world would be a different place....

So many good men died too young....

7. I was very young but I rember
My memory of the JFK assassination is mostly the funeral, I was 5.
But I remember RFK and the hope attached to possiblities he promised.
I remember those horrible days following his assassination.
I am looking forward to seeing and remembering.

Thanks for posting , I did not know there was an upcoming movie.
