Taking a scalpel to Lisa Bloom and her clones
Jury Forewoman: L.I. Wedding Crash Not Murder
Slideshow: Fatal Crash On The Meadowbrook
Full DWI/Murder Trial Coverage

(CBS/AP) MINEOLA, N.Y. The jury forewoman in the trial of a man who crashed into a wedding limousine and killed the chauffeur and a little girl said she was pressured into convicting Martin Heidgen of murder.

Loy Malcolm, an insurance company dispatcher from Baldwin, said she believed Heidgen was guilty of manslaughter in the Long Island crash.

"I never felt like the DA made the case," Malcolm told Newsday in its Thursday editions. "It's not murder, it's manslaughter."

It's a tragic case (doh) and there are no winners. What I want to know is, how do we get rid of Lisa Bloom, her equally witchy mom, Nancy Grace and the rest of the bimbo bitches who won't be happy until every man gets 25-to-life for everything?

Glen Beck is beautiful in comparison. Tucker Carlson is cute, and Bill O'Reilly is sexy.

True, true, these women don't try to be beautiful, cute or sexy (as if they could anyway) and they only want us to respect them for their minds. That is what is so FUCKING UGLY!

News flash, bitches, the police state isn't working. You can whore for big daddy government all you want, but big daddy pimp will only take your money and put you back out on the street.

When will you realize you are being used and abused by Cheney, Alberto and BushCo? See the bulge in their pants? That is not because they are happy to see you. It's your money and you hand it over with a smile while begging for a pat on the head.

"Good girl! Now get back out there, bitch; and get us a 25-to-life law for thought crimes next time."

"Oh, my, you're so manly when you flex your muscles," Bloom says as she wiggles her asexual mind out the door.

1. People who are in the Jury Pool need to be TOLD in detail
that no-one owns their vote. :grr: Shame on these people who said "others on the jury made me do it." No they didn't, you just lost your courage and behaved against your principles and the lauded law that has served our country well, i.e., trial by jury.

4. Very true.
Too late to complain now and though it may help on appeal, it's still too late. She must feel very bad about it.

What got me started on it was Lisa Bloom talking about the murder conviction on CNN.

2. I used to watch CTV...

...but I stopped SOLELY because of Nancy Grace. I absolutely hate that woman. Evil, vile, mouthy, prejudiced and STUPID. And, if you think she is bad, try the CTV message boards. My best guess is that those boards are run by some Bush lover ~~ because all the liberals who speak out end up getting banned. CTV was great when it started...but it has turned into some pale copy of the worst talk programs on local TV.

CTV = major assholes everywhere ya look.

3. Just a little tweak here.....
Lisa Bloom's mother is Gloria Allred, not Nancy Disgrace.

6. I know...
"her mother" and "Nancy Grace" are meant to be different people, and it obviously cam be confusing as written. Or maybe Nancy Grace is her mother.

8. Hello? Hello? Is this thing on?

Seriously, your link isn't helping me to understand what Lisa Bloom has to do with anything...or even her "clones".

When I googled part of the article you cited, I found something about the case in which the guy was convicted of

murder in the second degree by depraved indifference, carries the same penalties as intentional murder — a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 25 years to life — and has been the subject of several appellate court decisions in the last two years. Though the case law is still evolving, the drift of the appellate rulings has been toward increasing the burden of proof for a sustainable conviction.

Whereas “depraved indifference” was previously considered a self-evident set of circumstances, it is now understood as a state of mind that must be established with evidence. In his instructions to the jury in this case, Acting Justice Alan R. Honorof of State Supreme Court described that state of mind as one in which a person “engages in conduct which creates a grave and unjustifiable risk that another person’s death will occur, and when he or she is aware of and consciously disregards that risk.”

He said the depraved indifference state of mind “reflects a wicked, evil or inhuman state of mind.”

Jurors who were interviewed said they saw depraved indifference in Mr. Heidgen’s behavior not only because he was very drunk — three times the legal limit — and not only because he was driving the wrong way, but because he passed six cars over a distance of almost three miles before he crashed into the Flynns’ limousine. (emphasis mine)

Why is this about "bimbo bitches who won't be happy until every man gets 25-to-life for everything"?

Oops, forgot my link here ya go

12. Another DWI case

Mugshot of Karen Fisher, who has avoided a murder
charge for the DWI death of Monsignor William Costelloe.

The murder charges against Heidgen led observers to wonder if Suffolk County DA Thomas Spota would seek similar charges in the case of Karen Fisher, 42, an East Hampton homemaker who allegedly killed a priest, Monsignor William Costello, 79, of Garden City, while driving her minivan drunk near her home on July 18th of this year.

Fisher, who allegedly left the scene of the accident after striking the pedestrian, had a suspended license because of prior DWI offenses. She also had child endangerment charges pending against her for allegedly driving while intoxicated with her children in the car last spring.

Fisher was arraigned on July 31st and charged with ten crimes, including manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, drunk driving, leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.

Citing Fisher’s prior record, DA Spota openly considered charging her with Murder in the Second Degree, and was waiting for his office’s Major Crimes Bureau to complete an accident reconstruction report before making a decision.

He submitted the report to the court and to Fisher’s attorney on October 5th with a letter that said that a lack of new evidence and new witnesses meant that no further charges would be filed at that time. "The investigation, barring new evidence or other witnesses, did not produce new evidence that would compel another presentation to a grand jury," DA Spota said.

The decision was only revealed yesterday.

Now, it's true, it's always true, the tragic death of a young child hurts a lot more. When we look at the little girl's picture at the above link, we can't help but cringe and fight back a couple of tears of anger and sadness. She didn't do anything and deserved harm even less. She could even drive and decide for herself if she wanted on the highway or not.

Even so, there is something strange about justice in these two cases. Sometimes it appears that Lady Justice isn't blind at all. Sometimes she sees well the gender of the accused. Sometimes, that is all she sees.

13. Oh boy are you right about those three.
Three nauseating trollops. That Allred or Redhead or whatever the hell her name is, is sniffing around every story she can get her face on.

The trio from hell.
