An important note to citizens who plan to stay and fight

If the election is stolen, or other really bad stuff happens and you plan to protest, I would advocate you make sure you can prove your citizenship. Errm, better still, a "next friend" should be able to prove it for you, and know when you disappear.

Because based on this DU thread discussing habeas corpus, that is the only thing standing between you and indefinite incarceration or worse.

For those without birth certificate, this may prove to be not so easy as onenote pointed out.

2. I agree carrying it will not suffise

but there may be some shred of hope left in the judicial branch if others carry it for you.

That's why there is a big difference between getting a hearing before an executive branch commission and a judiciary branch court.
