Keith, New York does have a New York Football Team!
and this is a mistake that happens often. During my father's eulogy, my sister made reference to this, my Dad was a Buffalo Bills Fan!

Keith Obermann stated during his show today that an NFL game has not been played in NY since 1983 (?). I know Buffalo isn't that great and I'm not a fan of the Bills but they do play in Buffalo, New York! ...and Keith's background is in Sports right? I still love ya...man. Mention this post on the DU board and all is forgiven.

When I checked out which "NY" teams were playing at home, it was only the Jets and Bills. I don't think anyone wants to terrorize Jersey :-) I came to the conclusion, the Terra-ists meant Buffalo.

I think the "threat" was a listing of stadiums in cities around the country.

Now don't get me wrong I don't live in NY, way down here in FL, but that was my impression. Isn't Buffalo like pretty far away from NYC???

I support KO. They should make a new state so he's not wrong. Should they call it Buffalo or something else?
