Bush would no doubt use on any such legislation.
Still, I'd like to see the Democrats try to repeal it. Maybe it would finally get enough air time in the MSM that the public would catch on to what the original bill really means.

voted Republican in this race, or for bush in 2004, and is between the ages of 18 and 34, we suit them up and start sending them off to replace the troops that are on the ground in Iraq,
2) Simultaneously we take back our airwaves, and our electronic voting machines (we did pay for them) and sell them for scrap and send the proceeds to the troops and or their families that are returning from Iraq.
