I'm listening to him interview this lady from the Archdiocese of Miami. Tucker seems to think that the Church needs to put the priest that fondled Foley in jail.

Um...like how, Tucker?

Tucker: (feigned outrage) "What are you going to do, this guy?"

Tucker's then told repeatedly that the priest is on pension. They won't let him say mass, dress like a priest, and that he has been relieved of his duties.

Tucker: (sputtering in outrage) "Why don't you put him in jail?"

The lady then told Tucker, politely, that the Catholic Church doesn't have jails.
