3. This prick justifies everything w "We are at war" |
F'n Rove!! "We Are At War", he says, but Dems unwilling to fight. "85% of Dems in congress voting against the ""patriotic"" initiatives and agendas of the repugs". This "war", according to shithead, is against an enemy that you can't define or pin-point on a map. Ergo, it is unending. But in his slimy segue he then alludes to the war in Iraq as the equivalent of the war on terror. BS!!!!! "Forever at war" should be his motto. Slimy war-mongerer!!!!!!

6. Why can't the psychokinesis power of "Scanners" be real for once? |
Or, maybe the demise visited upon some in "The Fury."

11. Was that the one that was a sparkly amorphous death cloud? |
Not that versed in Trek lore, but I seem to remember a death cloud of some sort.

12. There were a couple of sparkly death clouds in the old Trek: |
"Mirror, Mirror" (the parallel universe with the goateed Spock) "Metamorphosis" (Zephram Cochrane played by someone other than James Cromwell) "Obsession" (The honeysuckle smelling cloud that sucked the blood out of people)
The Tantalus field was just a device in the captain's quarters in the parallel universe enterprise. Center the viewscreen on the target (say Rove, for instance), push the button, and bzzzppp!, He's gone!

13. "Obsession" was the one I was thinking about... |
My favorite episode, aside from the two-part pilot, was the one with the salt-sucking doppelganger.
