4. actually, it's almost 6, cause he KNEW about the Cole when
he took office....before, even. Clinton told him about it, and he KNEW about Clinton's stated policy to go after ANYBODY harboring the NEXT terrorist who attacked the US

Bush did NOTHING to go after OBL from the moment he took office, til 911
