I'm sure most DUers have noted this phenomenon, but it's worth point out...
There is a funny little dance with North Korea and Iran. They are taking turns at making noise.
North Korea starts in with the nuke testing or other missle testing, then they sit down.
This is the cue for Iran to start up - either by pressing their own nuke research or by threatening Israel.
After one or two news cycles - Iran takes a break and North Korea jumps back into the game.
Earlier this week - several news stories reported North Korea will not be a conducting a second nuke test. There even seemed to be a bit more willingness from the bushies to *gasp* talk to North Korea. Things sort of settled down - gives the bushies a chance to catch their breath and get back to spinning Iraq.
But - wait! Iran is ramping up !

Addressing a gathering at the Persian Gulf Stadium, Ahmadinejad said
Israel's existence was "the mother of all problems in the world." "The existence of this regime is an offence against humanity given that world powers imposed a fake state on six billion people only to safeguard their own interests," he also said.
