It just sunk in. The Republican congress leaders have done what Catholic |
|
leaders have done. Catholic Bishops have covered up the crimes that priests have done regarding sexual predation with boys and girls for decades.
Well the Republican congressional leaders have now followed in the Catholic Bishops footsteps in covering up their own officials sexual predation with boys.
At least with the Republicans you can vote them out.

1. I made that connection right from the start |

not saying my observational skills are better than yours, just that I notice the similarities sooner.

2. I do notice similarites as a rule but I focused more |
|
on the Republican leadership cover up more at present. This only came out about a month ago. Sometimes I sit back and not focus on very much and let these notions come to view. Well Today I did just that and then posted this.

3. But if you're a member of the church, you don't have to stick around if |
|
you don't like what they do, and you don't even have to shop around for another religion. Leave any time you want. Unless you want to change nationalities, though (because you can't have no nationality) you'll have to suffer under the Republicans until you get rid of them.
But you know, of course, that the all-pervasive and all-perversive influence of Dubya will be felt wherever you go in the world.

4. And youth hockey league leaders in Canada... |
|
It happens where there is no oversight and a homogenious population in charge.

6. But, given the opportunity, they covered up a huge amount |
|
of molestation and damaged a lot of kids' lives.
Hell, some guy had a ring operating right out of Maple Leaf Gardens.

7. Yes they all damage lives...the comparisons made were institutional |
|
however, and each of these institutions are supposed to represent the best of our ideals, not the worst.

8. But never a Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, or Southern Baptist |

Chased a young boy down the aisle unhindered by figures of authority above them.
Give me a break. Religion has nothing what so ever to do with the matter.
