I don't think the NPT is technically a UN issue, however. It's a stand-alone treaty, I think.

nukes are stored,or how they accquired the technology in the 60's to build them although I believe they spied or stole the blueprint. Pakistan as well,we know Dr. Nuclear Khan helped there. Iran doesn't need a real nuclear bomb,they own a financial nuclear bomb and will detonate that on or about March 26 2006...
