How official is the "Official Sample Ballot?"
I received my official sample ballot last week and set it aside to study Sunday morning. There are six constitutional amendments on it.

I looked over the offices before I started trying to figure out what the amendments are about. Then, something clicked, and I looked over the offices again.

Congressional, the senatorial race, state, the governor & Lt. governor, AG, CFO and Agriculture, and then the county elections.

No, congress critter. I must admit that I have been pretty disappointed by Allen Boyd, but he is kind of a dem, and I was planning to vote for him.

I am going to call the county election office tomorrow, But, I thought I'd throw out the question this morning.

2. The supervisor of elections sent it out. Think I'm gonna call some
of the Democratic Party candidates. Will be back later.

3. I got mine the other day....
...the use of small print and the structure of the ballot demands that one do a trial run using it before entering the polling place.

4. I usually wait until a Sunday morning to try and figure out the
Florida Constitutional Amendments.

That's why I did not catch Allen Boyd's name not on the ballot. Usually, if they run unopposed (if that is the case,) the candidate's name appears with an alternate write in space.

BTW, Walton county voters get to chose between an optical scanner and a touch screen.
