Following up on the Toledo Blade article today about meetings Tom Noe's wife, Bernadette had with Ohio Dem leaders regarding a tape in which Voinovich refers to Noe as his consigiliere and drops hints about GOP fundraising schemes, Brian Rothenberg posts his notes n the meeting with Bernadette Noe...

1. Rothenberg agrees - Tom Noe is the patsy
Interesting read, particularly Betty Montgomery's conflict of interest.

Voino brings up Noe's dual roles on the Turnpike Commission and Ohio Board of Regents and refers to Noe as his consigliere.

This looks like a smoking gun...
