John Murtha (D-PA) spoke at a campaign rally for Democratic Congressional candidate Victoria Wulsin at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union Hall in Cincinnati. Dr. Wulsin is challenging incumbent Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-OH), who said in reference to Rep. Murtha's stance on Iraq that "Cowards cut and run, Marines never do."
