BUSH-Laws written before 9/11 INVALID?-OK-Bush v. Gore is INVALID!!!
"The FISA law was written in 1978. We live in 2006."

Does that mean all laws before 9/11 are invalid???

Cool. Let's throw out the Bush v. Gore decision and get this guy outta there!
