Everybody---no matter what political party you are in, loves Michael J. Fox.

1. True, but that's not his best movie...
(to say a honky gave Chuck Berry the inspiration for rock and roll? Yuck...)

Otherwise a solid movie, but that one scene is rather lame.

3. That, and it took the Delorean about 2 minutes to reach 88 mph.
I forgive the writers though, it was still an entertaining flick.

4. Yeah at first I thought that too.
But he didn't write the song. In his timeline Chuck Berry did write that song. He stole it from Chuck, not the other way around. Still really stupid, though.

6. My meticulously crafted response.

First, I loved that the scene recognized the huge influence that the American Blues had on Rock and Roll.

Besides, it was Marty McFly playing Chuck Berry's music, and paying the ultimate homage to his influence, and Berry had almost already written the song, then McFly's playing it and then other musicians are recognizing the brilliance and then telling Berry about it who was about to write it anyway, and then there's Michael York in the Austin Powers telling us not to think to much about time travel. :-) MKJ

11. That's what made it fun-ny
A honky giving Chuck Berry the idea of rock 'n roll... hahaha... not possible. Consequently, a hysterical movie scene. Like a blogger going back and being the muse to Shakespeare, hahaha, don't think so. Fun-ny.
